Bunch of Wild Arugula

1 Can of Imported Tuna Drained ( I like Paolo’s Gourmet Tuna In Olive Oil)

Cherry or Grape Tomatoes

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Chopped

Castelvetrano Olives ( Mild Green Olives)

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to Taste
