Sticky Hoisin Lamb

Ingredients

lamb strips

hoisin sauce

soy sauce

light brown sugar

sesame oil

garlic clove

rice wine vinegar

red chili flakes

tsp
grated fresh ginger

scallion
white part only thinly sliced

broccoli florets
Instructions
Blend hoisin, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, glarlic, ginger and chili flakes in a medium glass bowl
Add lamb strips and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 6 hours
Preheat oven to 400
Put broccoli florets in lamb marinade and toss to coat well
Spread lamb and broccoli in a baking dish
Bake on upper rack in oven for 15 minutes
Remove from oven and serve with sliced scallions on top
Notes
