Sticky Hoisin Lamb

Ingredients

  • lb lamb strips
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 scallion white part only thinly sliced
  • 1 lb broccoli florets

Instructions

  • Blend hoisin, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, glarlic, ginger and chili flakes in a medium glass bowl
  • Add lamb strips and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 - 6 hours
  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Put broccoli florets in lamb marinade and toss to coat well
  • Spread lamb and broccoli in a baking dish
  • Bake on upper rack in oven for 15 minutes
  • Remove from oven and serve with sliced scallions on top

Notes
