Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • steam broccoli in water until bright green and just tender
  • saute garlic with vegetable oil until light brown
  • drain broccoli and add to garlic
  • mix in sesame oil and salt
