  • ½ english cucumber peeled, grated and squeezed dry in paper towels
  • 1 tbsp tbl fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
